Venezuela Solidarity Activity Feb 4, 2012 - Sydney
The Venezuelan Ambassador to Australia Nelson Davila together with the Australia-Venezuela Solidarity Network celebrated the 20th anniversary of the 1999 patriotic military rebellion led by Hugo Chavez. While the rebellion was unsuccessful at the time, Chavez subsequently won the 1998 presidential elections and assumed power on February 2, 1999.
